Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Servings 36 Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ¾ cup All Purpose GF Flour
- ½ tsp. baking soda
- ½ tsp. sea salt
- 14 Tbsp. organic butter
- ½ cup organic Sugar
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp. organic vanilla extract
- 1 organic egg
- 1 organic egg yolk
- 1 cup organic chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

In a bowl whisk flour, baking soda, salt and chocolate chips together; set aside

Melt butter in a small pan over medium heat. Continue cooking while whisking butter constantly for 3 minutes until butter browns.

Remove pan from heat and pour butter into a heatproof glass bowl.

Add both sugars and vanilla to bowl with butter. Whisk until smooth. Add egg and egg yolk and whisk until fully incorporated.

Using spatula, stir in flour mixture until well combined.

Drop dough by tablespoonful onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper 3 inches apart.

Bake cookies for 8-10 minutes.

Transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
